What print sizes are available?

We offer a variety of print sizes, ranging from small to extra large. Our standard sizes are available when viewing prints. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

What are the framing options available?

We offer our prints in white and black, however if you woud like another colour, ie) Oak, please enquire and we will do our best to accomodate.

Can I order a custom size print?

Absolutely! We do offer custom sizes to suit your needs. Please contact us with your desired dimensions for a quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All prints are made to order and production times vary depending on the product, but most orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards and other secure payment gateways.

Shipping & Returns

How are the prints packaged for shipping?

Unframed prints are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes, while framed prints are carefully packaged in boxes with sufficient padding to prevent any damage during transit.

What is the shipping cost?

We include free domestic shipping on all our prints. Please contact us for international shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Upon request only at this stage.

What is your return policy?

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. That being said, all our products are made to order and we’re unable to provide returns or exchanges unless faulty/damaged. Please contact us ASAP if you have any problems with your order.

Gift Cards & Prints

Do Gift Cards expire?

No, there is no expiration date, however please note Gift Cards are non refundable once purchased.

How should I care for my print?

To ensure the longevity of your print, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. When cleaning the frame or glass, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners on the print surface.

Can I request a print of a photograph that is not listed on the website?

We strive to accommodate special requests. If there is a specific photograph you are interested in that is not listed on our website, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I purchase digital copies of the photographs?

Currently, we only offer physical prints for purchase. We do not sell digital copies of our photographs.
